Health Initiatives For The Community
Empowering Veterans through Financial Literacy
At Range Fore Hope Foundation (RFHF), we believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens within the context of family, community, and connection. That’s why, in partnership with the Columbia VA Health Care System and its Whole Health initiative, we are proud to offer programs that serve not just veterans, but their entire military family—including spouses, caregivers, and dependents.
In collaboration with the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center, RFHF is building a network of services and resources that empower families through medical literacy, emotional support, and access to integrative health care. Our Operation Home and Health Initiative is grounded in the belief that a holistic, family-centered approach leads to more lasting and impactful outcomes.
Health Initiatives
Whole Health Literacy

In partnership with Whole Health and the Columbia VA Healthcare System, RFHF offers veterans access to valuable medical literacy and programs at the William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center. Our collaborations extend to physical therapy resources with Drayer Physical Therapy (Benchmark), Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, and Mental Health Therapists committed to ensuring a comprehensive approach to healing.
Beyond The Role: A Community for Military Spouses

Our Military Spouse Connection Group offers a welcoming and judgment-free space for all military spouses—regardless of gender—to share their unique journey. This is not formal therapy, but a supportive community built on honest conversations, shared experiences, and mutual empowerment. We connect you with valuable resources to help in every area of life, from mental wellness to career support. Most importantly, we celebrate and support you—not just in your role as a military spouse, but as an individual with your own story, goals, and identity.
Golf Instructional Therapy Clinics
Discover the healing power of golf with the Range Fore Hope Foundation (RFHF). We offer recreational therapy at no cost, featuring certified PGA and Adaptive instructors who lead weekly clinics designed to support the whole family. Our unique approach connects golf fundamentals to life lessons, setting us apart from other programs. Walk With A Doc
Walk with a Doc’s 4 Components:
1. Exercise: Walking is one of the single most important
things we can do for our health. It’s good for the heart,
brain, bones, lungs, muscles, and even helps prevent
disease.
2. Health Education: Our docs will give you tips on
maintaining a healthy lifestyle and you can also ask
them health-related questions while you walk.
3. Social Connection: Research suggests that
connecting with others can improve your quality of
life, boost your mood, and decrease depression.
4. Nature: Spending time outdoors can be extremely beneficial for both your physical and mental health.
